There is a huge potential as the company has started to diversify in other industries and now require a motivated Business Development Executive to support and accelerate the expansion of the business.

Position Summary

Olive Services are seeking to recruit a talented new Business Development Executive to support existing growth and help extend its facilities management business into new verticals within central London (Private clubs, High-end Gyms & Hotels). This position provides excellent earning potential with career growth opportunity.

The ideal candidate will be curious by nature, passionate with excellent communication and relationship building skills. A relentless individual who has maintained a consistent track record for sales over-achievement. The role will be directly reporting to the Managing Director and will have the full support of the management team.

This is a very exciting opportunity for the right candidate who will have the possibility for career progression and to evolve into management or director role with possible company shares.

Job Functions

  • Convert existing call-out clients to new contract maintenance
  • New business generation into new verticals
  • Generate lead through the partner network
  • Work with marketing/PR to develop lead generation opportunities into new vertical sectors and reinforce the company’s position as one of the most dynamic providers in the industry
  • Perform regular account reviews with key accounts to understand their needs and priorities
  • Establish Olive’s ability to deliver business value through reference and use case selling
  • Understand the formal and informal buying process in the customer’s environment
  • Identify the customer approvers, decision makers and influencers
  • Manage the closing process including negotiations, terms and conditions, and procurement activities
  • Develop a 3x – 5x 12-month pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed your quota targets
  • Use on a day to day CRM to maintain activities notes, contacts, pipeline and forecast
  • Consistently communicate and brainstorm with Olive’s management and extended team around all aspects of account and opportunity development
  • Review your opportunities with Olive’s management and extended team on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

Candidate Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years proven sales experience in a B2B client facing role
  • Willing to earn, learn & grow with career ambition
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Sales skills (cold calling, sales meetings, price and terms negotiations, problem management, account management, account growth etc.)
  • Customer focus with ability to influence at all levels
  • Need good skills with MS Office & CRM system (Sales Force or similar)
  • Experience in leveraging social media (Linkedin, Facebook..) to identify and generate leads
  • Knowledge of Facilities management Industry (preferred)
  • University Educated (preferred)
