Olive has been servicing London’s hospitality sector since 2003. Managing Director, Sol Goodall, launched the company after working as a head chef in establishments without efficient maintenance and servicing regimes. During that time, he witnessed first hand how maintenance problems impact organisational productivity, profitability and reputation.
