Olive has been servicing London’s hospitality sector since 2003. Managing Director, Sol Goodall, launched the company after working as a head chef in establishments without efficient maintenance and servicing regimes. During that time, he witnessed first hand how maintenance problems impact organisational productivity, profitability and reputation. This ‘front line’ experience, both locally and internationally, underpins Olive’s Planned Preventative Approach (PPA) to maintenance.

Solutions for facilities managers

Facilities managers, particularly those in the public sector are under immense pressure to secure the best maintenance and servicing solutions. Since 2011, Olive has been working with London NHS Trusts to provide Planned Preventative Approach (PPA) for hospital catering facility management. Olive can provide full or partly managed services including a dedicated Olive on-site facilities manager.
